We want you to love your science-themed home goods, but if you aren't completely satisfied, you can return or exchange any unused items within 30 days of delivery. All returned products must be in their original packaging and in resalable condition to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and attach it to your package.

  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack your items in their original box or a similar sturdy container to ensure they arrive back at our lab safely.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our team inspects the returned goods, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
